We enjoyed an evening of history, dancing and ghost stories in Duror Bothy, the birth place of James of the Glen. James Stewart was hung for a murder he did not commit. His trail and execution was the most famous miscarriage of justice in Scottish legal history. The forest walk of three kilometres to the bothy is in a magnificent setting, tucked in below the towering Beinn a ` Bheithir. The Bothy is cared for by the Mountain Bothy Association, it has a wood burning stove, table and seating area and raised platforms to sleep on. A truly enjoyable and liberating outdoor experience.

Hey there just wanted to give you a quick heads up. The words in your content seem to
be running off the screen in Safari. I’m not sure if
this is a formatting issue or something to do with
web browser compatibility but I figured I’d post to let
you know. The design and style look great though!
Hope you get the problem solved soon. Cheers
